I am a certified Rapid Transformational Practitioner and have training in Internal Family Systems (IFS), Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), trauma therapy, and inner child work. My approach is integrative and individualised, balancing evidence-based practices with heartfelt and intuitive healing. I help clients heal the root causes of emotional pain, not just manage the symptoms.
