Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT)
Rapid Transformational Therapy, or RTT, is a therapeutic approach that combines elements of clinical hypnotherapy, cognitive behavioural therapy, and neuroscience to bring fast and lasting change. It is particularly useful for uncovering and transforming deeply held subconscious beliefs that formed in early life.
RTT works on the understanding that much of what we do is driven by beliefs and patterns held in the subconscious mind. These beliefs were often created in moments where we felt unsafe, unworthy, or unloved. Even if we logically know better as adults, these old beliefs can still influence our behaviours, relationships, and self-worth.
In an RTT session, we use hypnosis to access the subconscious mind in a safe and relaxed state. This is not stage hypnosis or losing control. You remain completely aware and in charge. Hypnosis simply allows us to bypass the busy, analytical mind so we can go deeper.

We explore the root cause of the issue, often tracing it back to childhood. You might be surprised at what comes up. Clients often say, “I did not even remember that until now.” That is because the subconscious stores everything, even things the conscious mind has forgotten. Once we understand where the belief came from, we work to reframe it, using your adult understanding to shift the narrative.
The session concludes with a personalised audio recording, which you listen to daily for at least 21 days. This helps to rewire the brain by reinforcing new, empowering beliefs. Clients often notice changes not just in the issue they came in with, but in other areas of life as well, because shifting core beliefs has a ripple effect.
RTT is especially helpful for trauma-related issues like low self-worth, anxiety, procrastination, or fear of failure. It offers deep insight and real change, often in fewer sessions than traditional talk therapy.
