Hello, I’m Yolanda Strydom
Ever since I was a little girl watching a TV series about a forensic psychologist, I felt a calling toward psychology. That fascination with the mind and the quiet resilience of the human spirit never left me. Today, I bring that lifelong curiosity and compassion into my work as a trauma-informed therapist, hypnotherapist, and Rapid Transformational Practitioner.
What I offer is not just talk therapy, but rather a safe and structured space for deep transformation. Together, we explore and gently shift the protective parts of you that are working so hard to keep you safe but may be keeping you stuck in old patterns. Using a blend of IFS, NLP, RTT, and hypnotherapy, we work to heal the root causes, reconnect you with your inner child, and build lasting emotional freedom.
